 Registration confirmation - Assume your are registered - you will  ONLY be notified by telephone or by mail ONLY IF CLASS IS FILLED OR CANCELLED. If you registered on line - you will get an email confirmation/receipt

Cancellations:  Community Education reserves the right to cancel classes or activities due to insufficient enrollment or to substitute instructors when deemed necessary.  When a class is cancelled, every effort will be made to contact a student by phone or mail.

REFUND POLICY.  A full refund will automatically be issued if a class/activity has been cancelled. If ia student must cancel prior to the beginnng of a class, requests for refunds must be made at least TWO WORKING DAYS PRIOR to the beginning of the class.  If, after attending the first class, a refund is desired, requests must be made in the Community School office the night of the first class. If a student requires a refund, the registration fee is non-refundable.

School Closings:  On days when the Public schools are closed, Community Schools will be closed too.  This includes: holidays, inservice days and weather emergency days.
